Flour
We source our flour from 100% Australian-grown wheat, harvested in regions like Merredin, Southern Cross, Esperance, Geraldton, York, and Northam. At Mrs Mac’s, we use this premium flour to craft our pastry fresh on-site every day, creating perfectly flaky layers in the traditional way.

We take pride in sourcing our cream from local dairy farmers in the South West region of Western Australia, ensuring the freshest and highest quality ingredients for our products.
vegetables
Many of our vegetables are sourced from top-quality growers, primarily in the Metro, South West, and North West regions of WA. To consistently offer the best produce, we may expand our sourcing beyond these areas.
